Reservation
Reservation are very recommended to any booking at least one week prior to the clients arrival to ensure the pre arrangement of the accommodation , land arrangements,etc
Deposit and term Payment
All deposit or prepayment should be settled at the time of confirmation of the booking . prepayment should be 50% of the total booking fee .
Refund
PT. Citra Lombok Indah tours and Travels is not responsible for any refund of payment in case of flight cancellations , personal accident , or any other force major during the on going programs .
Cancelation Fee
PT. Citra Lombok Indah tours and Travels will charge you for any reservation if you cancel your confirmed reservations : accommodation , land arrangement , etc within the time agreed by the both parties . The range of cancellation fees vary from 20 to 100 percent
Responsibility
PT. Citra Lombok Indah tours and Travels does not take any responsibility in case of liability , delayed airplanes / ferry , and the increase of your personal expenses .
